The BG Research Group are Grigory Buzuverov and Oleg Gerasimov working together since 2003. We use applied mathematics and programming tools (LabVIEW, MATLAB, C/C++) in processing of signals and measurements accumulating by distributed sensor network.

Physical fields are primary acoustic and electromagnetic (subject to ray approximation spectrum) ones.

At a time of arrival, a sound impacts microphone and/or so called -flown microphone (vector sensor) which relatively measure wave pressure and particle velocity. While angle of arrival (AOA) is provided by a pair of a distant microphones, vector sensor is to be a pointed direction-finder. Anyway, specific processing algorithms for sensor outputs are referenced to gas dynamics equations in the air. When AOA from all sensors are estimated and associated with correspondent emitters and the same for time difference of arrival (TDOA) the completing steps are to localize emitters in real atmosphere (wind & refraction) and classify ones (stationary & moving).

Electromagnetic power from a multiple object in atmosphere penetrates along a ray down to the screen of imagers. There orientation of a ray (azimuth and elevation) in view of trajectory projections is measured. For origin point estimating one need to associate all imager data, localize space trajectories positions, filter them and extrapolate.

Separate sphere of interest is a fundamental one – constructive criteria of asymptotic stability for parametrically perturbed dynamical system, so titled absolute stability problem.
